Warm Waxing
Warm waxing is a hair removal technique that involves applying a thin layer of warm (not hot) wax to the skin, allowing it to adhere to the hair, and then quickly removing the wax and hair from the skin using a strip.
The wax, usually made from resin, beeswax, and oils, is heated to a comfortable temperature, usually slightly above body temperature.
The warm wax is spread in a thin layer over the area from which hair is to be removed. A paper strip is then pressed onto the wax.
The strip is quickly pulled off against the direction of hair growth. This action removes the wax along with the unwanted hair from the root.
Benefits of waxing
Warm waxing can be used on various parts of the body, including the legs, arms, underarms, face, back and bikini area. It provides longer-lasting results compared to shaving because it removes hair from the root, which means hair takes longer to grow back. Additionally, over time, repeated waxing can result in finer regrowth and reduce the frequency of hair removal.
After care
After waxing, any residue wax can be cleaned off using oil-based products, I will do my best to ensure no wax remains.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and avoid hot baths or showers, steam, sun exposure, swimming and applying any products for 24 to 48 hours after the treatment
